KODAK’s superior image quality uses four image algorithms using mathematical formulas, including:
- Scene Balance:
Compensates for imperfect exposures and color biases due to lighting and camera capability.
- Noise Reduction:
Compensates for bad pixels, noisy camera sensors and compression artifacts.
- Red-Eye Reduction:
Finds and reduces chroma of red eyes.
- Sharpening and Unsharp Masking:
Sharpens images to compensate for blurring.
